If you book a conference room by the hour through our system, remember that the date is fixed only when you receive an e-mail confirmation from us. We ensure that each of the 4 rooms is ready on time, with water and coffee on the table. We respect your time and ask for the same – if you cannot appear for the scheduled walk-through of the office building, let us know at least an hour earlier. This allows us to better plan the workday for Marek and the rest of the crew.
