We built Epirusworld with people in mind who don't like to waste time on commuting and looking for parking. This is what our path looked like.
Pouring foundations at Chorzowska
We started in May. We focused on an industrial style and steel structures that match Katowice's character.
First tenant receives keys
An accounting office was the first company to move in with us. They still occupy the same module on the second floor today.
Official BREEAM certification
After months of testing, we confirmed that the building consumes 14% less electricity than standard office buildings in the region.
Opening of fitness zone and restaurant
We launched a gym available only for tenants and the Loft restaurant. Now coffee is 3 minutes from your desk.
