About Agata
Agata joined Epirusworld in March 2019. She doesn't deal with theorizing about ecology; she just makes sure the meters at 150 Chorzowska don't spin faster than necessary. She's the one who looks after our BREEAM certificate in practice. If it's too cold or too hot in the office, Agata usually knows about it first, before anyone even has a chance to report a fault.
Last quarter, she helped one of our tenants, a company with 14 employees, reduce electricity bills by 11.4%. She simply sat down with them, reviewed consumption graphs, and together they adjusted the AC schedule by 25 minutes in the morning and evening. Every day, Agata can be met in the building's hallways with a tablet in hand. She checks air parameters and light intensity in common areas. (Heads-up: she knows by heart the layout of all 187 parking spaces and knows where it's easiest to park at 8:45 AM). She usually responds to technical inquiries within 4 working hours.
In her free time, Agata rests from watts and kilowatts. She can often be met in our restaurant on the ground floor, where she usually orders a home-cooked dinner. She values clear rental rules and specific conversation without beating around the bush. For her, the office is the foundation of business, and the foundation must be solid and well-managed.
