The man who knows every pipe at 150 Chorzowska

Marek has worked at Epirusworld for 7 years. He doesn't just sit behind a desk because he believes a manager needs to be where the important things happen. If the AC in a third-floor office starts making a strange noise, Marek probably knows about it first. He knows this building inside out – from the underground parking for 187 cars to the BREEAM-certified ventilation systems. His job is to make sure your employees can focus on work, not on a broken elevator or power outage.

Over the last 3 years, Marek has helped 47 companies settle into our office modules. He doesn't play with difficult words. Instead of talking about visions, he prefers to check if the restaurant on the ground floor has a fresh menu and if the fitness club for tenants works perfectly. He's the one who makes sure coffee is 3 minutes from your desk and the building's surroundings look neat in every season. If you have a problem with your access card, Marek usually solves it in 15 minutes.

A pragmatist with a key in hand

For Marek, clear rental rules count. He doesn't promise miracles; he promises a functioning building. When one of the smaller companies asked to move a partition wall over the weekend last year, Marek organized the team so that on Monday at 8:00 AM everything was ready. He respects the tenants' time because he knows that in business, every hour of downtime is a real loss. (By the way, he always drinks coffee from the same chipped mug he brought here on his first day of work in 2017).

  • Supervision of 187 parking spaces and the entrance system.
  • Direct contact with technical service 24/5.
  • Coordination of periodic inspections of fire protection systems.
  • Help with planning desk layouts in modules from 45 m2.

Marek is the type who will tell you honestly if an idea for an office arrangement won't work for technical reasons. He doesn't sugarcoat it. If you are looking for someone who can handle the logistics of delivering furniture for 30 people in the middle of rush hour on Chorzowska, it's him. Thanks to him, everything at Epirusworld is at hand, and the office works as it should.
