Tomasz makes sure everyone parks without stress
Tomasz has worked at Epirusworld since September 2019. Every day he makes sure our 187 parking spaces at Chorzowska Street are ready for tenants and their guests. He knows every column and every motion sensor here. If you have an important client who needs to park close to the elevator, Tomasz will organize it in 4 minutes. His work ensures that an office in Katowice starts with a smooth entrance, not with searching for a free meter on the sidewalk.
His role isn't just looking at a monitor. Tomasz is responsible for traffic flow, especially during peak hours between 8:15 and 9:00. He manages the access card system and ensures couriers have designated zones that don't block other cars. You'll often see him at the entrance with a tablet in hand – he's then checking if the latest barrier software update works without delays. Thanks to him, the office that works starts already underground.
To be honest, parking in the center of Katowice is a challenge, but Tomasz approaches it pragmatically. He doesn't like useless talk. If a gate remote stops working, Tomasz will replace it in 7 minutes instead of writing reports about it. He's a man for whom specifics are the base. He also makes sure the lighting in the garage is always working, because safety after dark is crucial for us.
- Supervision of 187 parking spots for tenants.
- Quick help with parking system problems (reaction within 12 minutes).
- Organization of spots for conference guests and couriers.
- Regular technical inspections of the entrance infrastructure.
Outside of work, Tomasz is a fan of local volleyball. He can often be found in our cafe on the ground floor, where he drops in for a quick espresso around 10:30. He believes that good coffee 3 minutes from your desk is the best way to get energy for work. If you have a question about a parking subscription or need an extra spot for a new employee, hit him up directly. Tomasz will explain everything on simple terms, without unnecessary formalities.
