Marketing agency move in 11 days
A company needed space for 14 people overnight. We prepared an 83 m2 module with ready cabling. The client started work 3 days ahead of schedule.
AdVantage Media agency faced a wall when their previous landlord terminated the contract due to a sudden structural failure of the building. They had a team of 14 and 11 days to find a place that wasn't a construction site.
The challenge
The biggest problem was the lack of time for any renovations or laying a new network. The team was working on a large project for a client in the food industry and could not afford to be cut off from the internet for even 4 hours. They were looking for an office of about 80-90 m2 that was clean, had working sockets, and allowed them to move in with their own desks without redundant formalities lasting months.
Our approach
Our manager, Marek Wiśniewski, took the call on Wednesday at 3:20 PM. Instead of sending standard folders, he invited the agency owner for a coffee that same day. We selected an 83 m2 module on the fourth floor. We checked air conditioning patency and fiber optic stability on Thursday morning. We waived the standard 30 days for financial document verification, relying on references and a quick security deposit transfer.
The solution
We provided the Agency with a ready space at 150 Chorzowska. The office already had carpets and office lighting, which reduced preparations to zero. In the package, we handed over 4 access cards to the underground parking and access to our gym on floor +1. Because we have a restaurant on the ground floor, the AdVantage Media team didn't have to worry about kitchen organization in the first week of work.
Results
The agency resumed full operations exactly 11 days after the first contact. They avoided contractual penalties from their client for project delays. Additionally, thanks to the location near DTS, their employees save an average of 12 minutes of commute time daily.
